What does a session look like?
- We talk first. Your goals come first—injury recovery, performance, or general health.
- We test. You’ll step onto the ForceDecks and perform a few simple tasks: standing, pushing,
squatting, or jumping. - We analyse. In seconds, we see detailed graphs that show your strength, symmetry, balance, and
power. - You get results. Your report is easy to understand, and your physio walks you through it.
- You get a plan. If needed, we’ll build a personalised exercise plan to get you stronger and safer.
Real-Time Jump Metrics
See exactly what’s happening with each jump: left vs right peak force (N), reaction time, time to stabilise, rate of force development, impulse and asymmetry (%). Clear, colour-coded charts highlight imbalances, compare your results to norms, and guide a tailored programme to build strength, improve performance and reduce injury risk your feet.
What do we measure?
TEST TYPE
- Jump & Power Tests – Height, symmetry, power/kg, reactive strength
- Strength Tests – Max force, load tolerance, muscle imbalance
- Balance & Posture – Weight shifts, control, stability under load
